You can enjoy a wide variety of ingredients that are full of Oita's charm, including Kanmuri Jidori chicken, whole squid sashimi, and a sashimi platter of Bungo mackerel and Bungo horse mackerel.The squid sashimi is made from fresh, live spear squid delivered directly from fishing ports in Yobuko, Saga Prefecture, Fukuoka, Oita, and Yamaguchi Prefectures, some of Japan's leading squid fishing grounds, which are quickly butchered by the fishermen at Sakana Market and flash-frozen while still fresh.Please feel free to use it for banquets, dinner parties, etc.
